MICROTEACHING EXPERIENCE As part of B. Ed curriculum, i got skill of explaining, and skill of using black board as my microteaching skills to be performed. It was a great oppurtunity for me to improve these skills. It helped to enhance my teaching in a classroom environment. Microteaching is a teacher training technique that allows teacher candidates to practice and refine their teaching skills in a controlled, supportive environment. It involves teaching a short lesson, usually lasting 5-10 minutes, to a small group of peers or students, followed by feedback and reflection.
