On 15/10/2024 Nadeem sir came to observe my class as second observation. To fever, I was not confident to take the class my voice is lesson sound but I manage to take the class as much as possible. after the class are sir gave both positive and negative feedbacks which was good for me. He suggested me to improve my time management after that I also feel that there are a lot to spaces to improve in my teaching I hope that I would improve all that as much as earlier. On16/10/2024, we planned to conduct a conscientisation program given by the college on the schools. On 18/10/2024 I have taken ICT class in 8th standard. While using ICT the students seemed more engaged and intrested. And I was also more confident enough to use interactive whiteboard effectively.  

 Innovative work in typing practice is crucial as it helps to make learning more increasing, effective and inclusive. To enhance the understanding of pronouns among students, I decided to create an innovative work, a still model specifically developed for teaching different types of pronouns. My goal was to provide a clear visual aid that could effectively break down the complexity in studying different types of pronouns. I wanted to demonstrate the usage of different types of pronouns in a simple comprehensible way. It will make the learning process more easier to students. The work helped me to teach the topic more easier. The students are seemed more curious and intrested to learn. It was a rewarding to witness students teaching each other by sharing their insights about pronouns. Creating this model allowed me to explore new ways to make language learning more effective and enjoyable.

The last week was filled with a lot of joy and excitement. I have done my achievement test. And take inmovative lp on this week. In the last day I was a little sad because, it was the last day of first phase of teaching practice. In this day I taught types of pronouns using innovative work of still model. The students seemed more intrested to learn from the still model I have made. Fabiola Teacher and Reena teacher gave chocolates to us. I feel very happy that they loved us in a short span of time. Overall first phase of teaching practice provided me a great experience.

  I have taken the Ict lesson plan on 17/10/2024 based on the chapter "The Village Blacksmith" Most students seemed engaged, especially when studied through ICT. I noticed that using Intetactive white board for reflection allowed them to express themselves more freely, and many shared thoughtful connections with the poem. The prompt asking them to relate qualities of the blacksmith to their own lives led to some insightful responses—students recognized resilience and honesty as traits they admired.  The ICT integration was successful overall. It added a new layer to their learning experience, I also felt that the class discussions after the reflection activity were richer, as students had already started thinking about their own experiences. For future lessons, I’ll consider offering an introductory session on using these digital tools. This could help build confidence and efficiency in using ICT for reflection activities. On 23/9/2024 we got Kalolsavam duties. We done that works with sincerity and dedication. After thay we participated at midday meal programme. I got exam papers of 9th standard english from my concern teacher before Onam vacation. So I distributed the corrected papers to 9th standard students and submitted mark list to concern teacher. On 24/9/2024 First observation My optional sir Nadeem sir observed my class on this day. Also on this day the school conducted a drawing competition based on upcoming Kalolsavam. We got duty on that. As it is my first today observation I was filled with nervousness. But I managed to take the class with my maximum potential. After the class sir gave me some suggestions to improve my class. It was my introductory lesson plan to teach the lesson "Rosa Parks Sat Still". Both negative and postive feedbacks increased my confidence. 25/9/2024 was a hectic day for me because the students seemed too noisy in the class. So voice strain has increased my ...
