Aurobindo Ghosh was a great Indian poet, philosopher, journalist, Indian nationalist and a highly spiritual person. His philosophy was mainly based on Vedanta and Upanishad. He is very good in English, Latin, Greek, French, German and Spanish. It was a blend of oriental and occidental culture, spiritual and material values, Science and Vedanta. Everyone has in him something divine, something of his own. The task is to find it, develop and use it. According to him education is not only for the evolution of the individual alone but for the nation, and for humanity. Education should be child centered, it should based on the needs and interests of the children.
Integral Education
Integral education is a complete system of education. It develops not only cognitive mind but it develops physical, vital, mental, spiritual, and psyche aspects of personality also. Here the word ‘Integral’ means ‘total’. It nourishes a sense of integrity, beauty and harmony in all aspects of humanity. With the help of innovative techniques of imparting education and activity based learning, students are equipped with multi skills and abilities which can be applied and used in his life.

Discipline
- Self discipline- there is no room for forced disciline.
- He stated that we should provide free environment for the children, so that they can grow upto their fullest potential as per their interest, guidance can be provide time to time.
Teacher-Pupil Relationship

Student is the centre of the education process and everychild has his own inherent interest and abilities, so it is the duty of a teacher to focus on the needs and demands of each and every student.
