INNOVATIVE WORK

As part of B.Ed curriculum I have to make an innovative work as part of my second phase teaching practice. Innovative works in teaching practice is very important because it emphasizes classroom engagement and interaction. It's  redefines traditional teaching methods to create a more engaging and adaptive and student learning environment. To enhance the understanding of Oscar Wilde's short story " The Nightingale and the Rose", I prepared a still model that visually represent the story itself. My goal was to provide a clear visual aid to depict significant events from the story. As I entered the classroom, I saw students pointing and smiling as a look in the still model. They explained the major events of the story using the Still model. Through that I understood their deeper understanding of the story, events and its theme. This experience reinforced me in the power of hands on learning. By giving students to make their own observations, we can unlock their full potential and learning a joyful experience.
