WEEK FOUR OF TEACHING PRACTICE




 

Fourth week starts from 25/11/2024. To the first day was a normal day for me. We student teachers got substitution classes in UP section due to the absence of their teachers. 8th standard I continued the lesson "The Nightingale and the Rose". The students seemed a little bit noisy but I managed to engage them. Some of the students seemed more curious to know about the story of nightingale.

26/11/2024, I conducted diagnostic test in eight standard students, to check the previous knowledge about question tags. And also this day marked the second day of my optional observation. Due to fever I was not confident to take the class. Because my voice was less in sound. But I manage to take the class as good as possible. Sir gave both positive feedbacks and suggestions.

On 27/11/2024, I completed the lesson , " The Nightingale and the Rose". On this day I showed the innovative work. A Still model based on the story. I asked students to recall major events of the story From the stillmodel. Still model not only facilitated clearer understanding of the story but encouraged active participation among students.


On Friday we got duty to take care of children on their PT period. Overall it was a fruitful week in my teaching practice.

SECOND PHASE TEACHING PRACTICE WEEK 2

Week 3 starts from 11/112024. On this week I started a new chapter named "The Nightingale and the Rose". For introducing the lesson, I have shown a video of Nightingale and nature. The seemed more intrested, and curious to learn the story. Next day also, the students participated ain the whole class discussions  recalling details of the previous class. Overall it was a pleasant and beautiful week for me. 14/11/2024 CHILDREN'S DAY CELEBRATIONS As part of childrens day we student teachers gifted sweets to our beloved children. A small programme was organised in the school. Teaching practice Week 8

On 15/10/2024 Nadeem sir came to observe my class as second observation. To fever, I was not confident to take the class my voice is lesson sound but I manage to take the class as much as possible. after the class are sir gave both positive and negative feedbacks which was good for me. He suggested me to improve my time management after that I also feel that there are a lot to spaces to improve in my teaching I hope that I would improve all that as much as earlier. On16/10/2024, we planned to conduct a conscientisation program given by the college on the schools. On 18/10/2024 I have taken ICT class in 8th standard. While using ICT the students seemed more engaged and intrested. And I was also more confident enough to use interactive whiteboard effectively.
